Commercial Law: Part of ID law office field of activities includes services related to the Commercial Law and we aim to offer a variety of legal services in that area of the law.
Commercial Law Activities
- company formation, registration of changes in the company circumstances, reorganization of trading companies;
- dissolving /liquidation/ of companies and foreign branches of companies;
- registration of branches and trade representations of foreign companies;
- deals with trade companies;
- representation before the Commercial register of the Registry Agency in regards with all types of services, including annual submission of Financial Reports;
- Drafting and providing of consultations regarding commercial contracts according to the Commercial Law;
- drafting and preparing of the tender documentation;
- providing of monthly legal services for trade companies.
