Accounting Services
Annual tax services, representation before tax authorities, preparing of annual tax returns and financial reports, consultations in regards with tax and financial legislation that directly concern the sphere of activity of our clients, drafting of tax and financial politics related with direct application of Bulgarian and European Legislation and the secondary directives.
Clients’ reminder:
All the companies registered under the Bulgarian Legislation are obliged to fulfill the following accountancy obligations:
- To submit Tax Return Declaration at the National Revenue Agency till 31st of March;
- To submit Statistic Declaration till 31st of March
- To submit at the Company register Financial Reports till 30th of June;
